This policy explains how the personal-data controller, Shanghai Liangpin Testing Technology Service Co., Ltd (operating the Greenbrain.store platform; registered in Shanghai, hereinafter “we”), collects, uses, shares and protects account and business data, and the rights you have.
1. Data We Collect
(1) Account data: registration email, password (stored by the authentication service as an irreversible hash; we never see the plaintext password) and display name. (2) Company and qualification data: company name, country/city, website, organisation role and type, and the qualification information you enter. (3) Project and business data: projects you create, solutions and BOMs, candidates, evidence files, inquiries and RFQs, and agreement and billing records. (4) Usage data: page path, interface language, device type, key actions and a browser session identifier. (5) Feedback data: feedback category, content, an optional contact email, and the source page and session identifier.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use this information to provide the service, verify identity and permissions, isolate data between companies and projects, improve the product and verification process, and keep the service secure and stable. Except where required by law or authorised by you, we do not disclose the commercial information of buyers, suppliers, service agencies or projects beyond the authorised scope. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
The platform uses an essential sign-in session cookie and a language-preference cookie, and performs first-party usage statistics through browser session storage. Their names, purposes, retention and how to manage them are set out in the Cookie Policy. The platform currently uses no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
4. Third-Party Services
The platform uses hosting, authentication and email providers to process data (for example, application and database hosting, identity authentication and transactional email), which process data under their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal data with third-party advertising or marketing platforms.
5. Data Security and Isolation
The platform isolates business data through company-level and project-level authorisation and row-level security policies; keys, credentials and sensitive business information are not shown to unauthorised parties. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is absolutely secure.
6. Data Retention
Usage-statistics events are retained for 90 days by default (adjustable within 30 to 365 days) and pruned periodically in the admin console; feedback is retained until resolved; account and company data is retained for as long as the account exists and handled on a minimisation basis after deletion.
7. Your Rights
You can access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and withdraw consent for non-essential storage at any time. To delete your account or export your data, contact us using the details below. If your jurisdiction grants a right to complain (such as Article 77 of the General Data Protection Regulation), you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We may update this policy from time to time; significant changes take effect once published on this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
