1. Services We Provide
Requirements structuring, evidence review, assessment coordination and project orchestration, including product readiness tiers, evidence-status labeling, market-access information organization and certification coordination.
2. What We Do Not Do
GreenBrain does not replace Notified Bodies in issuing statutory conclusions, does not guarantee certification, does not provide legal opinions, and does not assume title, payment or full logistics responsibility before contracting.
3. Self-Declared Information vs. Platform Verification
Information filled in, uploaded or declared by suppliers is not equivalent to platform verification. The platform labels verification status only within the scope of uploaded documents, and unverified information is clearly marked; certification, standards, testing and market-access information always retains evidence source, review status, applicable scope and uncertainty.
4. Nature of AI and Assessment Outputs
Platform AI and assessment outputs are presented in tiers such as preliminary, pending verification and verified, and do not constitute certification conclusions, legal opinions, regulatory guarantees, inspection conclusions, Notified Body opinions or final procurement decisions.
