Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and Shanghai Liangpin Testing Technology Service Co., Ltd (registered in Shanghai, hereinafter “we”) governing your use of the GreenBrain platform. Greenbrain.store is the platform brand operated by us, and the contracting party under these Terms is us. By ticking the consent box at registration, or by using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By ticking the consent box at registration to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not register for or use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
2. Service Description
GreenBrain provides trust-screening and certification-decision services for cross-border hydrogen procurement, including market-access quick checks, professional assessments, an evidence-verified product and supplier directory, candidate and evidence coordination, and project-based service and agreement coordination. The service does not replace a statutory conclusion by a Notified Body, certification body or testing laboratory.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide true and accurate account and company information when registering and are responsible for its accuracy. You must keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account; sharing accounts, impersonating others or submitting false qualification information is prohibited. For accounts with inaccurate information, impersonation or security risk, we may require additional verification, suspend or terminate the service.
4. Platform Role and Limits of Responsibility
GreenBrain does not replace a Notified Body in issuing a statutory conclusion, does not guarantee certification, does not provide legal advice, does not issue CE DoCs, and does not assume title, payment or full logistics responsibility before a contract is signed. Inquiries, candidate recommendations and project-coordination content on the platform do not constitute a contractual offer between buyer and seller.
5. Disclaimer of Accuracy
The platform's quick checks, professional assessments and AI output are for reference only and are presented in tiers of “preliminary conclusion / pending verification / verified”; they do not constitute a certification conclusion, legal opinion, regulatory guarantee, inspection conclusion, Notified Body opinion or final procurement decision. Platform information may change with certificate validity, standard revisions or regulatory updates; before deciding, rely on official bodies and the currently effective documents.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of data you upload or enter, and confirm that you have the right to use it and are responsible for its legality and accuracy. Directory information you confirm for publication may be used in the platform directory.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform's interface, code, methodology and content are protected by intellectual property law. Product and standards information in the directory derives from public materials and supplier submissions, and rights remain with their owners. You may not copy, modify or redistribute platform content without permission.
8. Usage Limits
You must not abuse the service, including automated scraping, request volumes beyond published rate limits, disrupting other users, or attempting to bypass permission and security controls. To keep the service stable, some endpoints are rate-limited (for example, analytics reporting and feedback submission are limited per IP). We may restrict or terminate access for violations.
9. Paid Services, Agreements and Billing
Paid services, agreement execution, payment, title, logistics responsibility and intellectual property ownership are governed by the written agreement actually signed by the parties; where a written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement prevails on those matters.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access for users who breach these Terms, abuse the service or engage in disruptive behaviour.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; significant changes take effect once published on this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, the Macao SAR and the Taiwan region). Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court at our place of registration (Shanghai).
